EVOLV AI Mentor™ — Terms of Use

EVOLV AI Mentor™ (“Nova”) is a proprietary personal development tool created by EVOLV Transformation Group Inc. By using Nova, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use.

1. Purpose of EVOLV AI Mentor™

Nova is designed as an educational, reflective, and identity-based guidance tool.

She supports:

• emotional literacy

• identity evolution

• behaviour awareness

• pattern recognition

• values alignment

• future-self anchoring

Nova is not a mental health service, therapist, crisis resource, or substitute for professional care.

2. Not Clinical or Therapeutic Advice

Nova does not provide:

• diagnosis

• treatment

• mental health intervention

• crisis support

• medical, legal, or financial advice

If you need mental health care, contact a licensed professional.

If you are in crisis, call local emergency services immediately.

3. Educational Use Only

Nova provides insights based on:

• your input

• your stated goals

• EVOLV’s identity reinvention frameworks

• general personal development principles

Your results depend on your participation, circumstances, and consistency.

No outcomes, timelines, or specific results are guaranteed.

4. User Responsibility

You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and well-being.

• You will not use Nova in place of medical or mental health support.

• You will use your own judgment when applying any guidance.

• You understand the AI generates suggestions based on text patterns, not human expertise.

5. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use EVOLV AI Mentor™.

6. Privacy + Data Use

Nova operates inside your personal ChatGPT account, which means:

• EVOLV Transformation Group Inc. cannot see your conversations.

• EVOLV does not store, access, or collect what you share with Nova.

• Your usage is governed by OpenAI’s privacy policy, not EVOLV’s internal systems.

We strongly recommend avoiding sharing sensitive personal information, passwords, financial data, or confidential business information with any AI.

7. Intellectual Property

All names, methods, prompts, frameworks, onboarding scripts, and identity reinvention systems used within EVOLV AI Mentor™ are the intellectual property of EVOLV Transformation Group Inc.

You agree not to:

• copy or reproduce Nova

• train another AI on Nova’s scripts

• sell or distribute Nova’s onboarding prompt

• use Nova’s content to develop competing products

• attempt to pass Nova off as your own creation

Violations may result in termination of access and legal action.

8. Permitted Use

Your purchase grants one personal, non-transferable license to use Nova.

You may not:

• share Nova’s onboarding prompt with others

• allow others to use your prompt

• use Nova in group programs unless explicitly licensed by EVOLV

• integrate Nova into your business without written permission

9. Program Access

Access to Nova is included with:

• the Rise Through Reinvention™ Program

• EVOLV Identity Playbook™

• 90-Day Activation Planner™

• Selected intensives or retreats

Access may be revoked if payment plans are not completed or if terms are violated.

10. AI Limitations

You acknowledge that:

• AI may occasionally generate errors or interpretations.

• You are responsible for verifying anything essential.

• AI should not be relied upon for safety-critical decisions.

11. Refunds

Because Nova is a digital, instantly-delivered tool, all sales are final.

12. Modification of Terms

EVOLV Transformation Group Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of Nova constitutes acceptance of future revisions.
