REFUND POLICY

All purchases are subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products

All digital products, including downloadable PDFs, templates, planners, prompts, guides, and self-guided materials, are non-refundable due to the nature of immediate access and intellectual property protection.

Access is granted upon purchase. Once access is delivered, all sales are final.

2. Courses and Online Programs

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

• All course and online program purchases are final

• No partial refunds

• No prorated refunds

• Payment plans must be completed in full

• Access may be revoked for missed or failed payments

3. Retreats and Live Events

Refund policies for retreats, intensives, and in-person experiences are outlined in the individual event agreement signed at registration.

Deposits are typically non-refundable. Transfer eligibility, if applicable, will be defined within the event contract.

4. Coaching Containers and Private Work

Coaching engagements, private sessions, and intensive containers are non-refundable once payment is processed.

Sessions may not be transferred, exchanged, or paused unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks are prohibited.

If a chargeback is initiated without prior written communication, EVOLV Transformation Group Inc. reserves the right to:

• Suspend access to programs

• Recover outstanding balances

• Pursue legal or collection remedies where appropriate
