Reinvention is not a theory for me. It is lived experience.
Most people meet me today as the founder of EVOLV Transformation Group, where I work with high-performing professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders navigating reinvention. But my understanding of reinvention did not begin in a classroom or certification program. It began in the real world. In my twenties, I built and scaled a telecommunications construction company from the ground up. What started as a small operation grew into a multi-million dollar infrastructure company with more than 65 employees, two divisions, and a 43-vehicle fleet serving the Greater Toronto Area. We were one of three prime contractors installing and repairing telecommunications infrastructure for Rogers Communications. By the age of twenty-eight, I had become a self-made millionaire CEO. I understood growth. I understood pressure. I understood what it meant to lead when livelihoods depended on the decisions made in your office every day. And then everything changed. A marital breakdown. A $3.2 million bankruptcy. The collapse of the company I had spent years building. What followed was one of the most confronting chapters of my life. When external success disappears, you come face to face with what remains internally. The beliefs you operate from. The patterns running beneath your decisions. The internal dialogue shaping your relationships, your leadership, and your future. That experience forced me to rebuild from the inside out. Not through motivation. Not through positive thinking. But by examining the unconscious patterns that drive behaviour, identity, and decision-making under pressure. That reinvention changed the trajectory of my life and my work.
The Work I Do Today
For more than two decades, I have worked with high-functioning individuals and entrepreneurial couples navigating complex transitions in leadership, relationships, and personal identity. My work focuses on the patterns operating beneath the surface: unconscious beliefs that shape behaviour, identity conflicts during growth or transition, relational dynamics between ambitious partners, decision-making patterns under pressure, Through my counselling practice, I help individuals and couples address behavioural and relational dynamics. Through EVOLV Transformation Group, I help high-achieving professionals recalibrate identity as they move into the next stage of life or leadership. The two domains are intentionally separate, but deeply connected. One addresses relational patterns. The other addresses identity evolution.
Why EVOLV Exists
Success often creates a new problem. Your external life evolves faster than your internal identity. When that happens, friction appears. In leadership. In relationships. In decision-making. In the quiet moments when something no longer feels aligned. EVOLV was designed to address that gap. It is a structured methodology for helping individuals recalibrate identity so behaviour, decisions, and leadership can operate from a more aligned foundation. Because reinvention is not about starting over. It is about evolving into the person your next chapter requires.
I work with:
• Entrepreneurs navigating growth, pressure, and leadership transitions
• Entrepreneurial couples balancing business and relationship dynamics
• High-performing professionals experiencing internal misalignment
• Individuals entering a new level of responsibility, leadership, or life.
My work integrates decades of experience in leadership, behavioural change, and unconscious patterning. It is structured, direct, and designed for individuals who are ready to move forward.
A Final Thought
If you have built success once, you already know how to execute. But when identity evolves, everything connected to it must evolve as well. That is the work we do here. And that is where reinvention truly begins.
