Joanna L. Cox is the Founder and CEO of EVOLV Transformation Group Inc., where she designs IP-led, AI-enabled identity reinvention systems for high-achieving women, professionals, and entrepreneurial leaders navigating pivotal life transitions.

With over 17 years of experience spanning executive leadership, counselling, and unconscious-mind transformation, Joanna works at the intersection of neuroscience, identity architecture, and strategic reinvention — helping individuals evolve who they are before attempting to change what they do.

Her work focuses on identity-level transformation, supporting clients to reprogram unconscious patterns, dissolve outdated self-concepts, and intentionally design the version of themselves required for what’s next — personally, relationally, and professionally.
