Joanna L. Cox operates in two distinct but complementary domains.

Through Joanna L Cox Counselling & Consulting, she provides regulated counselling and coaching services, working primarily with entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial couples, and high functioning professionals navigating relational and leadership strain.

Through EVOLV Transformation Group Inc., she designs structured identity frameworks for individuals undergoing transition, reinvention, and growth at advanced stages of responsibility.

The entities are intentionally separate.

Counselling addresses relational dynamics, behavioural patterns, and clinical needs within appropriate regulatory scope.

EVOLV addresses identity recalibration through structured, non clinical methodology.

Professional Foundation

In her twenties, Joanna built and led a telecommunications construction company that scaled rapidly to employ more than sixty professionals and operate at multimillion dollar capacity within complex infrastructure environments.

As founder & CEO, she managed expansion, financial exposure, workforce leadership, and operational pressure at scale provided direct experience with the demands entrepreneurs face when growth outpaces internal structure.

This foundation informs her current work with founders, partners in business together, and high responsibility professionals.

Reinvention and Framework Development

When that business chapter concluded, Joanna undertook a full professional reinvention.

The process required restructuring identity, decision making, and direction under real conditions of uncertainty.

This experience shaped the foundation of the EVOLV methodology.
